Best Foot Forward is a home staging company based in Porirua and covering the whole Wellington area including the Kapiti Coast and the Hutt Valley.

The founder, Suzanne, is an experienced Property Investor who has renovated and sold many houses since 2013. She understands the value of staging a home for sale and increasing the attractiveness of your home for potential buyers.

Best Foot Forward offers full and partial home staging to transform your home ready for sale.

Jessica Black is a key part of the Best Foot Forward team - her experienced eye for colour, style and texture is fantastic plus her attention to detail is second to none.

Why Home Staging Works

Many real estate agents believe that home staging significantly adds to achieving a higher sale price and a faster sale.
Home staging highlights a home's best features and creates a sense of spaciousness and once personal items are removed a neutral space is created and potential purchasers can picture themselves living in the home.

How To Work With Us

Moving and selling a home is a stressful time so let us use our expertise to stage your home for you. Research shows that home staged properties obtain a higher average sale price. Let us help you.

Contact us by phone or email and we will visit your property for a free consultation. We will go through each room with you and/or your agent to work out what needs to be staged and if anything needs to be tidied away. We take photos of each room to plan the layout.
A standard home staging package includes furniture and accessories for the kitchen, dining area, living area, bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and outdoor furniture for a 4 week period (longer timeframes by negotiation).
We will come in and “house dress” your property by setting up furniture and beds. We also place rugs, artwork and accessories throughout to accentuate the features of your home.
Once complete your house will be “dressed to impress” and ready for potential buyers in the best possible way.
